Hi! I have been Lyx-ing since December, trying to finish my PhD thesis
in Physics at Penn State.
I hacked the psuthesis.sty to add the official title page and signature
page to my thesis in LyX. I use fancyhdr to put my page numbers in the
right places... and \floatsep to add the required spacing around figure
floats.
Mr. Puertas's submission of \addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{this} to the
list showed me how to add my List of tables and figures and Bibliography
to the TOC.
Unfortunately the PSU thesis office requires that the Table of Contents
is titled ''Table of Contents" and not
'Contents' as in the default LaTex book class. Is there a package/style
that I can use to change this? I am not afraid of Evil Red Text anymore!
