I know this probably has a TeX answer, but I'd appreciate any light all of you can shed on this. I am using multicol for a document with two columns, but the text in the left hand column does not line up with the text in the right hand column, on the horizontal. That is, say for example, line 10 of column one is in a different place to line 10 in column two. Is this typographically correct? Tony
