I've created a layout file for the "sfheaders" package on CTAN, which sets section,
subsection, et. al. in sans-serif. It's pretty simple -- the hard part was finding the
package on CTAN in the first place. :-)
Anyway, I'd like to submit it for possible inclusion in the next release of LyX. Where
should I send it?
Another question -- does anyone know of a style that indents non-heading text? How
about chapter numbering (page 2-1, for example)?
