The documentation should reflect that. When writing linuxdoc or docbook (the same
applies to xml) there is a structure that should be followed, that structure is
defined in the dtd (for sgml and xml), or in schemas (for xml only).
One of the major steps for lyx would be to be able to determine if a document
is well formed more easily. Actually there is no control. That needs time and
work, any help is appreciated. :)
