I'll hunt around but you can try and duplicate it yourself. Put the
following into CODE format:
/--->bin
|
+->etc
| |
| +->rc.d
If I do that in a DocBook file, the resulting sgml export is double
spaced and the initial spaces are trimmed, which puts the first line
out of sync with the others.
