in ams-bookclass choosing the example-style for a paragraph
gives "Example#." at the beginning of this line. after
writing bla bla bla bla bla ... i hit return to begin
another example. but lyx don't start a new numbered
example, only a new paragraph with the example-style.
i had to insert a blank line with ctrl-space and e.g.
standard-style, than the following paragraph with example-
style.
is this ok? might be, that this belongs to ams bookclass?
suse 6.4 and lyx 1.1.5
