I've installed the libs at /usr/lib and
usr/X11R6/include/X11/xforms/FORMS;
recently <I encountered the same problem and
desperately installed Lyx with
rpm -nodeps blabla (have look at the rpm manpage
if nescessary !)
Now it works fine with me !
