Thank you very much for the suggestion ; it does what I wanted.

There is a minor problem left : I get a complain from X after the
execution of LyX. The problem is certainely related to LyX. It
doesn't seem to harm much.

This is a copy of the session (PC Sony, Red Hat, Gnome) :
