from hollywood.class:

...
\usepackage{fancyhdr}
\usepackage{extramarks}
\usepackage{ifthen}
\usepackage{lastpage}
\pagestyle{fancy}
...

but these commands were not at the beginning of the class-file.
i think, that this might be the problem, because it works
when i changed this. anyway ...
