I've never had Window$ on my PC (lucky me, never had to argue
about that), but I've seen here and there on the internet that
Cygwin is the key software to implement Unix on W$.

For those who lose the Linux-W$ battle:
Isn't there a possibility to implement LyX for W$ with:

    Cygwin + ... + Xforms + LyX  ??

Just a thought.
