Hello,
it seems to be that you haven't installed the rotating package
of latex.
Try:
locate rotating.sty
On my box rotating is in:
/usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/misc/rotating.sty
To get the package,
http://www.ucc.ie/cgi-bin/ctan
