I would say it depends on your answer. If you believe it could be useful
for LyX-using people, put it on the list! But if you flame someone
(eg. for spamming), or if the answer is totally offtopic, it doesn't
belong to the list (althought sometimes I have read very interesting
offtopic mails too).
