I have this working fine in my development tree (the citep, citet etc stuff, 
not bibtopic, bibunits). The support for natbib is rather basic and will NOT 
appear in 1.1.6 which is due out before Christmas. It may well appear in 
1.1.6fix1 which will probably come out quite soon after.
