change the following lines in the lyx layout which are not quoted.
it's a solution without ntheorem.

i hope, i understand well: you can mark the paragraphs with the mouse,
than laxout->paragraph->indent paragraph
write in the textfield 0cm!! than latex choose the standard parindent
value for indentation.
