Hi All! strange behaviour found ;-) when processing a file with loads of latex in it and some error in it (couldn't verify which ones do it, forgotten braces, eg), lyx doesn't seem to get the errormessage back (or doesn't handle it right), but simply updates dvi or ps with the last version that worked. Alternatingly it tells me that the resulting document was empty... hmmm After finding the latex errors (bit of a challenge without knowing where to look) and fixing them lyx updates normally again. have fun* Niklas
