Main question I was asking: 'How to define the colors for
links, pagebackgrounds etc. for PDF format with hyperref
package" is still unanswered.
I do not know how to do it!
If anybody knows, please come&explain.
Concerning preamble,
I think there could be more options then I use, but some
conflicts each other.
The 'pdftitle, pdfauthor" and some other options may go
after the \usepackage[options]{hyperref} in form of
\hypersetup{pdftitle={Title},pdfauthor={author} etc.}}
My preamble in this case:
\usepackage{qpalatin}
\usepackage{minitoc}
\usepackage{dropping}
\widowpenalty=10000
\clubpenalty=10000
\raggedbottom
\usepackage[ps2pdf,bookmarks,bookmarksopen=true,\
linkcolor=blue,pageanchor,bookmarksnumbered,colorlinks=true,\
linktocpage=true,pagebackref=true,pdftitle={The Title},\
pdfauthor={Author},latex2html]{hyperref}
