with older version of LyX I used to get correct index listing by
putting:

    \begin_inset LatexCommand \printindex{}

at the end of the .lyx file. With the current version
(lyx-1.1.6fix1) this doesn't seem to work anymore. The .log file
indicates that a .idx file was generated and the content of the .idx
file looks ok to me. It has a list of entries like:

    \indexentry{host system}{10}

Later in the log file I see complaints that there is no .ind file (which
happens to be true) and I assume that this is the reason why the final
.pdf output does not have an index listing.

Does anybody have a suggestion how to get index listing back?
