if you have only a few paragraphs try this easy solution:
in latex preamble:
\newcommand{\myIndent}{\hspace{\parindent}}

and at the beginning of each nonindented paragraph in tex(red):
\myIndent{} 

as Lars said, this is not standard of typographic.
