Yup, it did work....<hehe> I just had to try it. <g> (Related but not the same...) For the fun of it, I also tried adding a KDE association for *.lyx files... That works too. However, for each file I start using Konqueror it starts a new instance of LyX. Is there a way to get it to pass the file(s) to a single instance of LyX? // George
