A kludgy solution is to use VFills between centered paragraphs (and
don't forget the page break at the bottom). I'm not sure what you mean
by "above in middle right" - maybe you could use HFills to get the
effect you want.
An even kludgier solution, which I use sometimes for tricky cover pages,
is to write that page in something different, e.g. KWord.
