I would really like to use these layouts, but they do not seem to work on my
system. They live in the same directories as the other layouts, but do not
appear on the document->layout menu. (That's the case with some other layouts
too, btw.) I have read somewhere that "they need to be installed from TeX,"
but how do I do that? Is anyone using Hollywood and Broadway with LyX?
