I need to insert a table at the beginning of the endnotes of a book.
What I want to end up with is something like
Abbreviations
AAE Archives des Affaires Étrangeres, Quai d'Orsay, Paris
APT Turquie: Affaires Diverses
FO Foreign Office Archives, PRO, London
after the heading of the Notes section.
Using the endnotes.sty package, I've tried many variations of ERT
tabular and tabbing environments and and LyX tables, with an ERT
\protect, within an \addtoendnotes{}, and invariably get sprays of
Latex errors.
Tables within the actual endnotes work fine. It is a table in an
\addtoendnotes{} that I cannot get to work. Any ideas? Thanks,
