Hi Renato,
if you look at the header files of the messages from the list you find the
following lines:
List-Help: <mailto:[email protected]>
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[email protected]>
List-Subscribe: <mailto:[email protected]>
On the LyX homepage (http://www.lyx.org/MailingLists) it says to send an
empty (e-)mail message to the appropriate address.
