Ok Guys (and Ladies),
I have found the problem. While I called the Font "LinuxLibetine" in LyX,
my UbuntuSystem has only installed the Font "LinuxLibertine O".
On the Windowsmachine its the TTF, and on Ubuntu the OTF...
*smack my head for being stupid*
I hope I did not bother u too much.
