I suppose you use BibTeX citations. An article form a conference book has

an entry like

@InProceedings{Author:Year:Key,  (this is a suggestion)
   author = { ... },
   ...
   publisher = yourPublisher, (e.g. "Springer-Verlag")
   address = publishingAddress,  (e.g. "Berlin")
   ...
}

Note that the address is the publisher's address, not the location of the

conference. I suggest to put the conference location in the title.
