BTW, writing furigana with TeX code is cumbersome. I use the following
local layout for furigana for convenience:

InsetLayout Flex:Ruby
>
> LyxType charstyle
>
> LatexType command
>
> LatexName ruby
>
> BgColor none
>
> LabelString "Ruby"
>
> Decoration Conglomerate
>
> Argument post:1
>
> LabelString "Furigana"
>
> MenuString "Furigana"
>
> Decoration Conglomerate
>
> Font
>
> Size tiny
>
> EndFont
>
> LabelFont
>
> Size tiny
>
> EndFont
>
> Mandatory 1
>
> EndArgument
>
> Preamble
>
> \IfFileExists{ruby.sty}
>
> {\usepackage[CJK,overlap]{ruby}}
>
> {\newcommand{\ruby}[2]{#2}}
>
> EndPreamble
>
> ResetsFont true
>
> End
>

Remember to remove "\usepackage[CJK,overlap]{ruby}" line from Document ->
Preamble to prevent a crash.

Usage when writing:

1. choose Edit -> Text Style -> Ruby to insert a ruby inset,
2. write a main text in the inset,
3. choose Insert -> Furigana to insert the inner furigana inset,
4. fill in furigana for the main text in the inner inset

I attach an improved sample file.
