Thanks for pointing this Patrick! I see that I have some files there too. In OSX we have a nice option called Hazel, and I have created a rule for deleting any file older than 4 months in this subfolder; Probably the optimum would be just one month, but I have chosen to be conservative and lazy (not to have too many graphics converted when working on paused projects).
