Can you view the ps files using gv/gsview ?
You should convert the postscript to eps using ps2epsi.
I don't know if this is enough because the Postscript driver in windows put
some junk in the Postscript file. You might need to edit the .ps file (before
running ps2epsi) and remove unwanted text (e.g. everything that appear after
the %%EOF mark).
Another option is to use a graph program that can natively create eps figures.
