Quality problems with PDF windows

I have to use Windows to print the documents I type in
LyX. But the problem is that when I convert it to PDF
it doesn�t look very good in Acrobat Reader or
Ghostscript for Windows. The fonts look very bad.
Does anyone knows a workaround?
