LyX math --> svg?

I'm using LyX 2.2.2 on Windows 10 (64 bit).

Question: 
* Is there a way to copy some math expression from LyX and paste it into, say, 
Inkscape, as svg?
* If not, any other way to produce svg files? (I have tried to install WriteTeX 
as an extension in Inkscape, but this doesn't work properly at the moment.)
