The current environment text box will not change. You will still be able to select the "Abstract" environment. Currently (e.g. 2.2.3), if you select the Abstract environment with KOMA, in LyX's main work area it shows "Abstract" (centered and above the cursor location). After Jürgen's change, the word "Abstract" will no longer appear in the main work area. If the above doesn't make sense, I can send screenshots that show the difference. Scott
