The standard X11R6 contains *non-scalabel* hangul fonts, although you
don't need hangul fonts.  Anyway, I think "Netscape for MS Windows"
distribution has Cyberbit TrueType font in it.  It is a Unicode fonts
with practically sufficient numbers of CJK ideogryphs contained.

A cursory look at the xcin page indicates it supports XIM protocol.

At least LC_CTYPE must be zh_TW.Big5  And probably XMODIFIERS must be
@im=xcin or similar.
