I did receive your video (on both emails). My first reaction was to consider it a possible Qt bug. But if it works the first time, and does not work the second time, that makes me think it is more likely to be a LyX bug. After you see the bug, if you open a new document (e.g. file > open or file > new), then it resets so the first time you click it is fine and the second time you see the problem? As a temporary workaround, note that you can move the math toolbar (to do this, you can click on the left-most part and hold and drag it). Scott
