Yes, the installer was built using the official LyX release source code
from ftp.lyx.org.
Qt Version (run-time): 5.10.1
Qt Version (compile-time): 5.10.1
This is not my installer. I built LyX using Qt 5.9.4. For good reasons.
Upgrading to a new Qt version requires a lot of tests on different
Windows PCs. In the past I often found some problems and thus decided to
stay safe and only use long-term support Qt versions.

2. Will there be any problem using your installer after having used the
installer on LyX site?
That could happen. I don't know the new installer the LyX team has
released. I fear that this installer will have problems sooner or later
with MiKTeX. If you have problems with MiKTeX, you can use my installer
to repair this.
