OK I'll bite: so it worked 4 days ago? Did you do a system upgrade? What changed? Do you use revision control for your .lyx file? Maybe you can check out the version from 4 days ago and see if that still compiles, and if so, compare the differences? Can you make a minimal example .lyx and .eps file?
