Here included my test file. I have to correct my observations here (probably my tikz command, a few hours ago, was not the same; not sure): - both normal position circle and the shifted one, have been cut off, as displayed by LyX. - no cut off, no shift for both normal position circle and the shifted one, as rendered as pdf.
