This will be fixed in LyX 2.3.5. LyX configuration needed to be adapted to inkscape 1.0 (which changed the registry entry among other things). Workaround is to downgrade Inkscape to 0.96. See https://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/11722 Jürgen
