Running lyx-2.3.5.2-x86_64-1_SBo on Slackware-14.2 here.
I'm drafting a KOMA-Script article and have the ToC written using Sections, Subsections, and Subsubsections. When I compile it using pdflatex the first page has the title, the second page is blank, and the third page shows 6 of the 8 sections.
