pybliographer

Sorry, the question is abit off topic... 
Until yesterday I was able to use pybliographer withour any problem (yes the 
window interface!) although I noticed it was giving this warning:
"WARNING: Python C API version mismatch for module _recode:
  This Python has API version 1009, module _recode has version 1007."

Now I can not use it anymore. Any idea?
