did you try fancyhdr?
you can define your headers for single pages.
or look at
http://www.educat.hu-berlin.de/~voss/lyx/titlepage/logo.html
for different logos or
http://www.educat.hu-berlin.de/~voss/lyx/LaTeX/chapterPic.html
for pictures on a chapter, section , ... page.
