One use case that would benefit from your suggested interface: It's currently annoying to change a "Frame" to a "Fragile Frame" or "Plain Frame". Consider the following pseudo code: [frame content...] [more frame content...] [nested itemize] [frame content...] You can't just select all paragraphs and change to the new (Fragile/Plain) Frame. With your workflow, I think it would be sufficient to change the first paragraph. Scott
