I didn't before but this still don't help. (Also, when I first started LyX,
there was no call to de-menus.bind.) Furthermore, I suppose de-menus.bind is
fixed now (i.e. the fix is the abovementioned outcommenting of all bindings
that shall now be handled by xforms.)

Now I tried with xforms 0.89 but this did not help either.

Starting lyx with -dbg 2 reveals that there is something going wrong: When I
press Alt-D, say (which should open the Menu Datei) there is a message

  Empty argument
  
in the console.
