biber --tool -V <yourBib>.bib

running Herberts proposal to find errors in a bib file
with biber gives me:

Overriding locale 'en_US' defaults 'variable = shifted' with 'variable = non-ignorable' INFO - Overriding locale 'en_US' defaults 'normalization = NFD' with 'normalization = prenormalized' INFO - Sorting list 'tool/global//global/global' of type 'entry' with template 'tool' and locale 'en_US'
INFO - No sort tailoring available for locale 'en_US'
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

There are answers given in
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4632885/what-is-the-difference-between-creating-a-locale-for-en-us-and-en-us

but I don't understand what I should actually do

my java:
java -version
openjdk version "11.0.15" 2022-04-19
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 11.0.15+10-post-Debian-1deb11u1)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 11.0.15+10-post-Debian-1deb11u1, mixed mode, sharing)
