problem running lyx in windows

I have downloaded "lyx116fix1.zip" from www.lyx.org, extracted it to my
cygwin directory, and ran the setup script successfully.  When I try to
start up lyx by executing "runlyx.bat", it gives a "./xwin32" not found
error.  I search through my disk but couldn't find it.  Is it a seperate
package that i need to download in order to run lyx on windows?  Thanks in
advance.
