That's exactly the problem I reported a few weeks ago (unsolved, see
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg10404.html).
Note that it seems not to be an ispell but a lyx problem: if you export
as ASCII and check it with the same ispell settings in, say, KWrite,
everything is fine.
