Hi,with LyX 2.3.7 and PDFLatex (pdfTeX 3.141592653-2.6-1.40.22) I do a normal Table Of Contents (TOC). When the section numbers have 2 digits then in the TOC there is no space between the section number and the following section header, i.e.
1 Chapter-1 1.1 Section-1.1 ... 1.10Section-1.10
