What about adding /Users/tgarrett/opt/anaconda3/condabin ? You didn’t answer my question. What source and installation type did you choose to get? I presume you didn’t use the python from python.org but from anaconda.com. And I presume you’ve selected the option to install it for your user only. This setup I wont test for you and I recommend to switch to an installation for all users (aka on a specific disk). I don’t know if it work for you. Stephan > quit, restarted, reconfigured.
