While fancyhdr.sty was used in the original version, it's not in the revised
version. I saw that in the original, yet the Preamble seen in LyX contains:
\date{}
\usepackage{mathpazo,amssymb}
\usepackage{graphicx,relsize}
\usepackage{scrlayer-scrpage}
\pagestyle{scrheadings}
\usepackage{xurl}
Can I remove fancyhdr.sty from within LyX?
