Hm... I decided to un-install LyX 2.4.4, and re-install it.

Now the problem seems to be gone: I can specify column widths, etc.

I can still not open the files that I generated with the previous install,
though. So somehow, that one must have gotten corrupted.

NOTE: I did not un-install LyX 2.4.3 before I installed LyX 2.4.4, so perhaps
there is the problem??

Subject: LyX 2.4.4: specifying table column width?

I am trying to re-create a table in LyX 2.4.4. I need to set the column width.
If I insert a table (3x3 in this case) in a KOMA script book, options for
width, etc. is greyed out:

Questions:

  * How can I set the Column width?
  * How does column width work with multipage tables? (I have not made the
table multipage yet)
  * How does setting Column width handle the case that some of the rows may
be multicolumn? (I have not made them multicolumn yet).
