Upload as a txt file your preferences file. On macOS it is located at
```
file:///Users/〈user_name〉/Library/Application
Support/LyX-2.4/preferences
```
On windows it probably would be
```
C:\Users\〈user_name〉\AppData\Roaming\LyX2.4\preferences
```
I will try to compare your settings to mine.
